My stay at Ghazala Gardens had some ups and downs. I appreciated the friendly staff and enjoyed the delicious international cuisine, especially the burgers and sweets. However, the hotel itself is in need of renovation, and I was disappointed by the condition of the children's swimming pool and other facilities.

The room was okay, but definitely showed signs of age. The bathroom had weak water flow, and the fridge was old. There were also issues like minor water leakage.

The staff were fantastic! Mr. Ahmed Hassan and Mr. Mohamed Abdel Qawi went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Ursula from guest relations was a lifesaver with my dental issue, showing great attentiveness.
